A day-of coordinator ensures your event runs smoothly by managing logistics, vendors, and the timeline on the day of your wedding. Unlike a full-service planner, we step in closer to the event to execute all the details you’ve planned.
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, but we’re happy to help even with last-minute requests if we have the date open!
Yes! We oversee setup and teardown to ensure everything is placed and packed away as planned. However, extensive décor setup may require additional staffing.
Absolutely! We confirm final details with all vendors before the event and serve as their main point of contact on the wedding day.
Yes! We bring a fully stocked emergency kit with items like safety pins, stain remover, extra bobby pins, fashion tape, and more to handle any last-minute mishaps.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. If you need to cancel, we will work with you based on the terms outlined in our contract.
Absolutely! We coordinate everything from bar crawls and dinner reservations to spa treatments, boat parties, and more.
It varies from event to event, but for bachelorette parties and small-scale events, we typically coordinate for 4-6 hours. Extended hours can be arranged if needed!
